How the fuck do we manage to come to the same conclusions over different time spans with different methods without talking to each other about this shit?

Awesome post. I have to say, the things which work for me in terms of "chilling" are primarily physical - attempting to achieve Seitai is working wonders for my general health. Physical relaxation of various nerve centres basically makes your brain melt into awesome. Constantly seeing myself as fundamentally better than everyone else is allowing me, finally, to accept that I will have some place in a community, because, rather than inflating an ego (which I promptly destroyed after realising I had it), I now think "how would I act so as to improve this person so as to improve my life?", hence teaching being the logical career path for me. That and music.

Good concert, by the way.
